Am I pregnant?

So last night I took one of those early pregnancy tests but I realized later I took it 2 day earlier than I was supposed to. I waited for the results and with the poor lighting I had it looked to be negative well this morning I went to the bathroom and I looked it at again out of curiosity and it had a faint but noticeable positive, am I pregnant or does it not count because I saw it after the 3 minutes?
