Please tell me your opinion on having a 1 year old and stopping breastfeeding and moving her to her own bed

I have no idea what to do. I’m 9 weeks pregnant and my daughter is 11 months old and still breastfeeding. It’s the only way she will take naps or go to sleep at night and then she wakes up 2-3 times a night and gets on my boob and goes right back to sleep. She has always slept with us. Our next baby I will be using a crib. Being a first time mom and not sleeping I did what was easier and put her in bed with me so I could sleep even for an hour or two. Now I’m regretting it even tho I love sleeping with her I wasn’t expecting to be pregnant this soon. And now I don’t know what to do. My dr said I should probably start weaning next month when she turns 1 bc it’s going to be hard on my body and also could give me contractions. I don’t know how I will get her to sleep. She’s never used a binky and refuses it. Also hates bottles she will occasionally use one of those soppy cups that’s like a normal cup that u just tilt and it works for water while she’s eating. Also before I get to 9 months pregnant I would like to get her in her own bed ( do we use a pack n play or a crib ??? I’m so lost. Also when she wakes up in middle of night and I’m not breastfeeding what do I do? Is she able to go all night without eating by now? Do I get her out and comfort her ? I have always been with her so now she hates being alone. If I have to clean and out her in play area she screams until I’m done and come pick her up. And also wants no one else to hold her if I’m around. It’s really worrying me 😭 im so lost. And feel so dumb
