Question - 12 weeks

Would like some reassurance...

I will be 12 weeks tomorrow and over the last few days my symptoms (nausea, acid reflux) have reduced quite a bit. I’ve also started experiencing period-like cramps and lower back pain recently - it’s not all day, but kind of comes and goes throughout the day.

Has anyone else experienced these things around this time? I called my doctor today and they don’t seem overly concerned, just sent me for a test to see if I potentially have a UTI (which I don’t think is the case, but always good to check).
