Open cervix 19 wks pls read

So my last ultrasound was 14/15 wks I’m now 19 wks and won’t have another appointment until 21 wks could my cervix randomly become incomplete between 15wks and now? I’m just worried for some odd reason 🤦🏻‍♀️ i hate how i always think their is something wrong w me
