Lovenox injections to help sustain pregnancy

I will be starting lovenox if I get a positive pregnancy test this cycle with with a confirmed pregnancy blood test per my RE.

Let’s talk about why I’ll be taking injections... Due to 7 recurrent miscarriage and being diagnosed with unexplained fertility my RE suggest we try lovenox as one of my antibodies (IGm) to be specific tends to elevate only when I’m pregnant.

I am currently 2 DPO and taking baby aspirin and progesterone per RE and of course prenatal during my 2ww.
