Is mucinex DM okay to take to help CM? And how many days do I take it before ovulation? And how many do I take? It’s 1200mg guaifrnesin and 60mg dextromethorphan.

The one you want is the one with just the ingredient Guaifenesin 1200mg. I took one everyday for 6 days prior to ovulation. I think they say 5 days before ovulation. I tried it last month and was hoping it would work but just got my period today☹️ I’m going to try again next month.

That one will dry you right up. You need the original kind, not DM if you’re trying to use it for CM
