What do you do when you wear lingerie?

Okay this might be such a stupid question, but hear me out. Valentine’s Day is coming up kinda soon, and I just happened to be at Victoria’s Secret while their big sale was going on... I bought some lingerie! I have some semi cute bras and underwear, but nothing that actually matches like this. My question is, how exactly do I pull it off? Do I wear it under my clothes and then be like “surprise!!” ? Do I change right before and then walk out of the bathroom in it? I’m just such an awkward person and I don’t know how to pull this off 😂 any tips are appreciated 👌
