Did excessive saliva last the entire pregnancy for you ?

I been having to walk around with a spit cup since week 7. I’m 19 weeks currently with babygirl. I’m TIRED. This spit is getting out of control to the point the whole cup is filled after only an hour🤦🏽‍♀️ I even woke up 2 nights choking on my own spit. my boyfriend is so mad

Unfortunately it usually gets better around 14 weeks or so. I say I unfortunately since you’re way past that. 
Are you getting morning sickness? It’s not common to have this (it’s called ptyalism gravidarum) but usually it goes away at the same time morning sickness does.

Mine stopped around 14 weeks but my mom had it till the end when pregnant with my sister. If your boyfriend is mad, you can just spill the spit on his head 🙄. For sure this whole ordeal is way worse for you than it is for him and he should be understanding!

I didn’t have it early in my pregnancy or not even when I had morning sickness, I am currently 38weeks 2days and I’ve been having this on and off since I was around week 34.
I eat crackers or dry foods every time I have it, because it helps. But I totally feel you it gets tired, I don’t carry a cut with me but I have a lot trash can next to my bed and it does get tiring having to lean and spit every 2minutes. But I’ve only noticed this at night too 🤷🏻‍♀️🤔

I’ve never had this. The only time I get excessive spit is when I’m about to throw up. 
I’ve seen moms do this be in all 6 pregnancies I’ve had never did I get this. Thank the lord. It seems dreadful
