How much should we keep

My baby was in the NICU for 8 days and I ended up pumping and bottle feed to meet their feeding requirements to get discharged. Once we got home I wasn't able to establish nursing cause she would get frustrated that it was slower then the bottle.

My milk came in quickly and I have been pumping twice what she eats in a day (yesterday I froze 16 oz) needless to say at 8 weeks PP I have a lot of frozen milk. So I signed up to donate milk to the Mother’s Milk Bank.

I'm wondering how much we should keep in the freezer for my little one?
