Massive baby at 36w

Went in for a growth scan today and doctor told me baby is already 8lb with a huge head! I almost had a panic attack because I'm TERRIFIED to push a such a big baby out. I'm only 5ft I feel like I will completely tear. This is my 2nd, my last baby was exactly 8lb but he was born via c-section at 39w because he was breech so I didn't really feel any pain while he was born. I still have a whole month to go so he has plenty of time to gain a whole pound maybe 2😨.
