Introducing solids?
So my newborn had her 1 month check-up today and her Dr asked when I planned on introducing solids. So I told him I probably wouldn't introduce any solids until around 6 months. He told me that he recommends breastfeeding babies start getting cereal around 3-4 months of age for the iron. I know I was told by my oldest child's pediatrician to give her cereal with iron, but it wasn't until after I had already introduced her to solid food at 6 months. So I was just wondering if any other momma's have done or heard this? I love this pediatrician and I like to think he knows best, but I'm just hesitant because it seems so soon. 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️
