Contractions or just general pains

Ive been experiencing signs for about 2 weeks now but nothing have progressed. I have an ultra meltdown last night 🤣 I am 38 + 3 and midwife said on wednesday baby is very very Low and she wouldn't expect me to go through to my due date.

I woken up this morning and I'm having xramps/pains/tightenings in my Lower stomach and back. I've tried timing but it is difficult. They seem to be coming every 20/30 minutes and lasting between 30/40 seconds ish.

Could these been the start of contractions or just general pains?

Any advice or opinions 😘
