On the left I was at my heaviest 255 I'm only 5'2, on the right I am 238 , and 4 months p.p. I'm still on my journey, my struggle has always been with food, however; I'm learning that I need to eat , cutting calories and taking things out if your diet is fun until your binge eating at midnight lol which was always my downfall! I'm learning , it's about portion control, and eating to fuel your body. Addiction runs in my family in many forms , this being one them. I never thought I could stick to something bc well I normally don't! My strength after baby was at an all time low , it's definitely a slow process. However , I am here to tell you to Trust the process , it may be sloww , and hard and you may mess up, but the magic happens with what you do after you mess up. You can give in and turn it into a snowball effect of binge eating or you can simply reset the next day ! Today I'm choosing to reset 💖

Side note * I hiit train for 30 minutes 4x a week , rest three days. Drink lots of water, and portion control .
