I need help, did this happen to anyone?

So I had a scare, I thought I miscarried because a big blood clot came out however I did get checked and they said the baby is fine. And after brownish colour came out then I stopped bleeding for a day Now yesterday, I had another clot came out but no blood as I peed and now today, I had this pink mucus colour. I’m not sure what’s going on, I’ve had back pain, and pelvic pain. If someone can help me out if they had this happening to them during the first trimester.

Also I didn’t have implantation bleeding but I’ve been getting a lot of discharge for the past 4 days
