Neglected partner 😔

I admit I have been neglecting my partner, He always says he misses the old me and how much of a freak I was.. and he’s right I hate to admit it but honestly part of it is bcus self confidence issues and the other is my libido is low.. don’t get me wrong around ovulation time I’m ready to pounce but id like to just you know pleasure him sometimes just for the hell of it ..since he always makes sure I’m good and taken care of !

Any tips ? How do you ladies do it with having small children constantly around ?
