Implantation bleeding or early AF?

My ovulation was really off this month so not sure exactly when it happened but I wiped today i had some light pink spotting. Do you think this could be an early period or implantation bleeding? A bit crampy on my left side.

It might be too early for implantation but I have had implantation that dark with normal hcg increases. I would take a pregnancy test in a few days to be sure, it may not be period. Everyone is different 😊

So the number of days from your ovulation to your period will always be 12-16 days, once you have ovulated, without uncertainty your period will arrive. From your period to ovulation, this period of time can vary for some people, it’s more probable in your case that you have ovulated earlier than you have thought / earlier than the apps prediction. If your ovulation isn’t regular, I would look to follow the FAM (fertility awareness method) which will help you understand exactly when you’re ovulating :)! I hope this helps, you may already be familiar with FAM but I didn’t think it would hurt to mention it 🥰
