Cramps before ovulation

Has anyone experienced mild AF-like cramps days before ovulation is expected to occur? My expected ovulation date isn’t for another 5 days (it’s consistently been CD 20/21 for the four months that I’ve been tracking)! HELP PLEASE!! Thx ☺️
