Can BV cause miscarriage in early pregnancy?

Can BV cause miscarriage ? I’m TTC in the tww with BV that antibiotics can’t fix. Does anyone know if BV is dangerous this early in a pregnancy (if I am pregnant) ? Desperate for any advice I can’t see the doctor for a week.
