Lines not getting darker

I took a pregnancy text at 10 dpo and got a faint positive. I took one at 11 dpo and today at 12 dpo and have exactly the same result. The line is the same colour and hasn’t got darker. Should I be worried or is it too early. I have tested each day as soon as I woke up. Thanks
