Nervous/Anxious to exercise
It's been a long journey for me - 19 months to be exact. I've just found out I am pregnant and I'm half way through a fitness challenge.
I can't help but get anxious and I'm not sure if I should keep going with the challenge. I'm really scared that exercising is going to harm my baby.
Tell me I'm being silly and exercise is totally safe during pregnancy 😢
