Help 10 days late 2 negative test

I have been ttc over 5 years now with no luck and never a positive pregnancy test I have endometriosis but over the years my periods have become more consistent give or take a day or two here and there but if I take a pregnancy the next day I start my period, well I am now 10 days late I have cramps and lower back aches that come and go, everything makes me cry and I by all means am not the type to cry over spilled milk 🤣 and I am now waking up out of dead sleep feeling like I am going to throw up... I took a test 2 days in a row both negative, but its weird me and my husband both had a dream the same night that I was pregnant too... help!! Do yall think I could actually be pregnant?
