Help, new to TTC (vaginismus)

Hi all, I have vaginismus and was wondering if anyone on here does too and has found TTC tricky? Any tips and tricks that could help me with this condition to conceive? Panic mode is on!

Also I never used ovulation for this cycle as I’m new to all of this and GLOWs prediction said I finished yesterday (being fertile) so I’m guessing when I done the ovulation test today it defo should have been negative which it was? Am I overthinking this already?
