Winter 🥶 baby being difficult

I need advice or product recommendations for my 1yr old.

Im aware you can’t put a winter coat on a baby in a car seat. So I try to put big warm socks, a hat and blankets on my daughter when I’m transferring her from a car to a house. She’s not outside for too long but she keeps taking everything off. Her hat comes off 2 seconds after I put it on and her socks follow after. Then she will take her arms out of the blankets. Do I just get a big blanket and tarp it over the car seat? Is that enough? Help 😫 FTM here
