Speech question

My little one is growing up bilingual-Spanish and English. He says 2-4 words between languages.

Today he had this 16 month check up and his pediatrician said that by his 18 month check up she expects 15-20 words in his vocabulary. Of course I’m immediately feeling like I’m not doing enough. He understands tasks and can point to certain things when I’m giving him directions.

Did anyone’s little one speak a lot around this age??? Freaking out over here
