Crazy symptoms

I have had this lump in my armpit for a few months now. There was one in both armpits but the left one has since gone and the right one is still there and has slightly increased in size. The lumps in my armpits I was seen for when they first started. I just started to have a burning sharp pain in my right breast that radiates to my shoulder. My right breast is also more sensitive then it usually is. This has never happened before not even before or during my period. Another thing is that I just noticed that my period is 4 days late but I have been having abdominal and pelvic cramping for a few weeks now like I would before my period would start. My last two periods were super light and short. All of these symptoms are scary especially since I have never had them before. I am fixed and so is my husband so there is slim to little chance I am pregnant but I am scared something major is going on. Also I go to see the gyno this Thursday for my annual.
