Moisturizer needed
My LO has this red bumps all over his face down his legs. Not itching or anything. Doesn't really bother him. His pediatrician said it is just dryness/breaking out due to cold weather.
I have been applying aquaphor generously. I apply his mild lotion on his legs too.
I haven't noticed any change. It's not getting any better. Any recommendations on what to use?
