Update tomorrow

So on Jan 7 had my first ultrasound. Seen yolk sac and ges sac measured 8 weeks. Potential fetal pole measured 5&6. I should have been 9 w but my periods are irregular. Is this normal ? I have another scan Jan 19. My hcg yesterday was 88000. I’m not sure if that means this will carry as a normal pregnancy but I’m confused and nervous . I have a chemical may 2020 and missed mc December 2019
