Used Doppler 3 days in a row. Is that safe for baby?

I have had some extremely stressful situations to deal with the last week and so I’ve checked her heartbeat just to ease some anxiety. I’ve used it 3 days in a row but never more than 5 minutes at a time. Is that ok?😬

Yes its completely fine. There is no proven data that it does anything to baby. I have been doing NSTs for the last 8 weeks, 3 times a day for an hour everyday. It's essentially just putting a doppler on my babies everyday to get their heart rates. The reason at home dopplers is not recommend is because it can cause more anxiety and stress to the mom if they can't find babies heart beats.
