I need some advice please, ok so I’ve missed 2 months of my period I’m not on any contraceptives and I haven’t had any sexual contact with anyone for over a year now (I know sad right) but I keep getting pms symptoms and sharp stabbing pains in my sides like where my ovaries are, sometimes I would get this fishy smell no matter how much I wash it comes back then it would be gone again for a week or so then come back.

Has any of you experienced something like this or might have an idea of what’s going on?!?!?!?
