Breast pain, headache and shivers down my back and arms. Painful let down

So my right breast is a oversupplier and has a more of a heavier flow. it felt fine all day but tonight it feels full and heavy like its engorged but it doesn't really feel hard. I tried pumping but nothing comes out and when I feed her on that breast it seems like she's not getting anything and pulls off but when I put her on my left she'll stay on and I hear her swallow. So I thought maybe its clogged. I put a warm compress on it but doesn't seem to help now my head hurts and seems to be getting worse. I have shivers going down my back and arms and when I feel let down its really painful. She's clusterfeeding right now so I been trying to keep her on the left. Anyone else go through this? What do I do?
