Day 6 embryo?

Hi all,

I’m wondering about the difference between day 5 embryos and day 6 embryos.

Background:

I had a retrieval last year and ended up with 1 day 5, 6 day 6’s, and 1 day 7 that are PGS normal. We did an FET and my day 5 worked.

Next we will be transferring one of the day 6’s. A little part of me is nervous that there is something wrong with the day 6/7s and they won’t stick. Is this just me overthinking? I’m scared of the idea of trying to transfer over and over and them not sticking since we’ve met our lifetime maximum with insurance and each FET is between 4-5000 dollars.

Does anyone have experience with this? The embryos are all different grades, ranging from 6BB-4BB. Thanks!
