Question

So I’m from Alberta Canada. We have this things called Alberta digital ID which lets us access our health records. My ultrasounds get put in there every time and i get to see what’s happening and what they see. I had a ultrasound on the 18th to see babies growth and it usually gets posted the same day - it hasn’t been posted yet. Could that mean there is something they maybe don’t want me to see until I see my doctor ? This question is more for albertans I guess aha
