5 straight days of positive OPKs

I usually get 2 or 3 days of positive OPKs per cycle. This month, I had a week of spotting (unusual) and have now had 5 straight days of positive OPKs. They are definitely positive, no wavering. I had what looked like a peak on Sunday, but I also hadn't peed in a long time so it could have been due to that. Any insight? I have fertility issues, but PCOS has been ruled out. What would suddenly cause positive OPKs for so long? Currently on cd19. I didn't temp this cycle and regret it. 🙈
