Will they let me take a video In the ultrasound room?

My boyfriend can't be with me at the appointment, so I'd like to take a little clip of the baby moving around for him so he can see it, too. Will they let me do that?

I’d call beforehand and check with them. Personally if they didn’t allow it I’d look at changing clinics. Bad enough the father isn’t allowed at most clinics for ultrasounds, seems so silly to make it even worse by not allowing you to take a video of your baby.

My place it’s against the rules, it has signs everywhere not to take pictures or videos.
You’ll just have to wait and see.

I had my daughter in August so I had to go to ultrasounds alone. Every time I went they said “we don’t normally allow this but since it’s covid we’ll allow you to take videos of the baby and we still give pictures” I’m not sure if that’s everywhere

We could (and did). I still have the video of the first time we saw/heard his heartbeat. Some places won’t allow it though. It really depends on the office or clinic.
