Bleeding after c section

Ok ladies .. so I had a baby 4 weeks ago and Um right around the 2nd week I was bleeding still but not horribly bad and me and my husband ended up having sex. I know I know I’m not supposed to but it happened . He was very slow with it and I was fine , uncomfortable but fine . Still was bleeding cool . But um maybe the 3rd week we did it again and I was much comfortable and I seem to just stop bleeding it was just pinkish discharge . So I thought Ok great . Wellllllllll then at the end of the 3rd postpartum week I started bleeding g heavily again with small clots. And I’m bleeding bad through the pads. Did I cause a big big problem???
