Pregnancy scare!!!!

So recently I haven’t been feeling not the best for the past 2-3 weeks I am on the implant but I’ve been having a stuffy nose, headaches, fatigue, my boobs hurt really bad, and I missed my period. Sometimes my period are irregular because of the implant but I feel that this time I missed my period. I’m scared that this might be an early pregnancy. I have no clue if these are symptoms. Need some advice 😭
