Help❗️❗️❗️

So Me and my boyfriend have been really good (we don’t live together) and today he hasn’t texted me really all day and he said he’s been helping his grandma (because he lives with her and he helps her do things and she pays him)but I have really bad trust issues and it’s just really hard for me to believe people because of my past relationships. I know communication is key but how do you guys think I should go about bringing it up instead of assuming and coming at him in an aggressive way.

I’m not accusing him of anything it’s just the fact that he kept saying he’s busy and will text me when he’s done. And wasn’t really texting me or calling.
