Not losing ANY weight

I bought a treadmill before Christmas. I was not overweight but unfit. I have been using it on an almost daily basis, plus I've recently introduced rowing to my workout too.

Since purchasing I can tell my fitness levels have greatly improved and I am now doing double the calories per day I was when I first started, sometimes triple.

I have NOT worked on my diet yet but frankly it's not that bad to begin with. We eat mostly white meat, have takeout once a week, always make sure I have veggies of some kind, use an air fryer and a non stick pan to limit oil usage. I have one glass of cool drink a day (sugar free) and because I'm working out more, I'm drinking a lot more water. I also don't have sugar in my tea or coffee and I use fat free milk. I share a bag of crisps with my husband once a week and I have a small ice cream a couple of times a week (it's really hot here and it's just nice as a cool down snack after dinner).

I don't have diabetes, no thyroid issues, no PCOS (I have been tested quite extensively because we've been TTC for a number of years).

I literally have not lost any weight. Not even CMs. My clothes still fit the same, my measurements are the same, my weight is the same.

Has anyone here experienced the same and what have you done to resolve it?

To answer some questions :

My food portions are not big at all. I have the appetite of a bird. I typically eat about two pieces of toast then dinner, or I'll eat some instant noodles, or leftovers, or. I might also eat a bit of Yoghurt. Because my daytime diet isn't full of fruits and veggies I make sure I stock up at dinner. For example tonight I'm eating half a baby butternut (air roasted), fries (air roasted, probably one potatoes worth) and two small pieces of hake.

To give another example, I went for lunch with a friend the other day. I ordered a toasted sandwich with chips (not a super healthy meal but I'm referring more to portion size here). I ate the chips but was so full I didn't even touch the sandwich. I ate half the sandwich about two hours later and gave the other half to my husband. I literally never finish a full meal from a restaurant, the portion sizes I dish at home do not fill my plate.

I've been working out now solidly for a out five weeks.

I do have chronic fatigue, but not due to hormones. I'll bring this up with my doctor.
