Being pregnant with COVID less than 90 Days before giving birth

I currently just tested positive for COVID and have about 46 days before I am due to have my Scheduled C Section. I was told not to re-test for COVID by the nurse who gave me my results for the next 90 days as I could come back positive.

I am worried that my OB will want me to get tested for COVID for delivery and have the chance it could come back positive even though I’m no longer contagious.

Did anyone go through something similar? I’m just worried.

I plan on calling my OB on Monday but I have the whole weekend to worry about it.
