Almost Fainting in shower?

I’m wondering if this has happened or happens to anyone else. I had eaten breakfast and decided i was going to take a shower. My boyfriend decided to join me and we did the deed. Right afterwards my stomach started to hurt and I felt like fainting and my vision went out and so did my hearing. I also felt like throwing up but nothing came out. I am now really pale and have a huge headache. Should I go to the doctors? Has this happened to anyone else? Someone Please helppp
