Periods w/ PCOS

I have had regular periods since i was 14 , I’m now 19. My fiancé & I have been ttc for a year in February & I did have a miscarriage in July. I also took it upon my self to take ovulation test I do ovulate every month but it’s on day 19 of my cycle. I decided to get checked for pcos and In December I found out i do in fact have it. I’m starting a water pill to lower my T. This month I am 13 days late on my period for the first time since I can remember. When y’all started medicine did that make your periods mess up? Could I be pregnant? I’m just so confused.
