When my bf and I first got together the fact that he had his child’s mother’s name tattooed on him didn’t bother me. Fast forward 4 years we now have a son and a baby on the way and I’m just wondering is it wrong for me to want him to cover it? I feel like it is because I was fine with it in the beginning so why try to “change” (for lack of a better word) him now. BUT it ruins our family pictures and confuses his daughter. She’s 12 and thinks her parents are getting back together one day, it’s like a symbol of hope for her. Is it wrong of me to ask him to cover it? A part of me wants him to take it upon himself to do it. Why should I have to ask. The tattoo is across his forearm so when he wraps his arm around me in pictures it’s like BAM.
