I take plan Bs very frequently (atleast once a week) is maybe twice is that the reason why my period is late? I am experimencing sore boobs and back pain with cramping (I’m a teen)

You can't get out to get on proper birth control.
But you can get hold of Plan B every few days and have frequent sex?
It will completely mess you up, possibly permanently, taking EMERGENCY contraception that frequently. Read the leaflets that come in medication, every time, they contain vital information about how and when to use them.
See a doctor, get on Birth Control. If you need to, just tell your mum tou need to see a doctor cos your cycle is messed up - which it is. They'll probably put you on birth control to regulate it, and you have the perfect excuse 🤷‍♀️

My question is why are you taking Plan B so often? If you don't want to get pregnant then stop having unprotected sex, plan b seriously messes with your cycle. 
Plan B isn't meant to be a form of Birth Control.

Hey hunny!! Don’t worry; taking two plan B’s isn’t gonna cause permanent damage by any means. I’ve done this before ( it happens ) and I’m fine. It will however throw your cycle off for a little bit (maybe a couple of months)  so don’t worry about being late for your period - iff you used condoms correctly you should be fine 💖hope you’re doing okay
