Please comment I need help!

I am posting in this group because I wasn’t diagnosed with a miscarriage!

Was told friday 1/22 I was having a “threatened miscarriage” due to bleeding. I had my blood drawn and my levels were at an 8. I have stopped bleeding today 1/24 and I checked my cervix and it is very high, soft and the opening is so far facing my backside I could barely find it. I was able to feel it a tiny bit and seems to be closed. Anyone have something similar and go on to have a healthy pregnancy? I’m so nervous and don’t want to get my hopes up, but I really want this baby.. I go back for blood draw tomorrow 1/25

Update****** bleeding is still gone, spotting brown, cervix is still closed and high, very high. Doctor told me to wait a week and test if it’s negative great if not I need to be seen to make sure nothing is hanging around in there or maybe there be a baby. So praying for the best but prepared for the worst.
