Found out Thursday I’m pregnant with 4th baby, just had my baby in July. Been cramping for a week now, which is why I didn’t know I was pregnant cause I wasn’t super late on my period. Today, woke up and BLOOD, a lot of blood. Just went to pee, had huge clot! Miscarriage?
