What helped you in conceiving

My boyfriend and I are trying to concive have for about a year.. I had three healthy pregnancy prior and got pregante for 2 within a few days of ovulating for my son it took 6 months..I am 30 31 this coming Saturday. I'm healthy the only thing is I do struggle with mental illness and am on oralzapine? Has anyone else conceived on the medication?

If it’s been a year you can talk to your doctor. Are you comforting ovulation and tracking temp? It took me 6 months to conceive my daughter and I used opk’s. It does take a healthy couple up to a year to conceive
