Sickness or something else?

My daughter has been having red cheeks for the past 2 days. I’ve checked her temperature and it’s 98.5...she isn’t happy, she’s fussy and she wants nothing but to be around me and her father. She isn’t herself and I know something is bothering her. She’s almost 4 months old. I’m a ftm and I don’t know what to do. If she’s sick or what?? Can someone help me out??

Mine is doing something similar and temp is 98.1. I think this is part of the development leap over the next month to month and a half

Red cheeks is a common side effect of teething! If baby has normal temp but red cheeks and fuzziness, teething would be my first guess. Good luck mama you're in for the long haul lol once teething begins it really doesn't stop until well into toddlerhood. My son was soo bothered by teething. I was glad to finally have him cut those last molars.
