Hiding something?

Ladies my husband will Not give gove me his email password (I needed it for a work email verification my email wasnt working) it use to be ilovemywife..but he scribbled it out in the notebook I was wondering if this something I could be concerned about?

It's possible he's hiding something but who knows. I get the privacy issue people bring up but at the same time you are married. If you really can't share an email/phone or whatever with a spouse, especially just temporarily, there's something wrong. He should trust your intentions for needing the password just as you should trust him to have his own email (which it seems you have done unless there's more to the story). Trust works both ways. I've never understood the idea behind the need for so many people to be secretive with electronics when they are married. There's a difference between sharing things/knowing passwords to be controlling or due to trust issues, versus just simply choosing to be open with them and having a mindset of "everything is ours, not mine or yours".

I don’t have access to any of my husbands stuff. Facebook, emails etc is private. Same as he doesn’t have access to mine.

Maybe. Did you just ask for the recovery code? But I never would have thought to use my husbands email in the first place. 
I have a work email, personal email, two step authentication set up and there’s a calling/texting feature. This is how I’d reset my password on work or personal info to by using another option

He is entitled not to tell you, doesn’t mean he hiding something. 
Just fix your own email or set up a new one
