That sounds like what sex and relationships group is for primarily. Most of the posts there revolve around relationship woes and stuff. 
If you want to create a group you can. It may take a bit to gain followers but you can try it.

I don’t think it would hurt. Break ups can be extremely difficult so having its own dedicated group might be helpful for some. As of now, I feel like a lot of people are probably unsure where to post about those issues. You could post it in adult relationships, love and sex, relationship talk, etc but I’m not sure how much feedback they get in those groups? Idk though.
