Spoting after Sex

Soo I had sex last week on Thursday night at like 2am ish we finished around 4 maybe 5 am. So I started spotting on Saturday afternoon and it’s still going on........ are the two connected should I talk to my Doctor about it or am I fine ????
(Also that was the first time I had had sex in like months )
